Cloud & IT

Infrastructure, modernized for the AI era.

From fractional CTO guidance to multi-cloud migration, zero-trust security, and modern data platforms — a technology partner that scales with your business, not against it.

What we deliver

01

IT Consulting & Fractional CTO

Align technology spend with business strategy through consultants who bring both deep technical depth and commercial judgment. We assess your current landscape, surface inefficiencies and risk, and hand you a prioritized roadmap — whether you need a fractional CTO in the room, a digital strategy review, or a defensible call on a major platform decision.

02

Managed IT — 24/7

Hand day-to-day operations to a team that monitors, manages, and optimizes your infrastructure around the clock. Proactive monitoring, patch management, helpdesk, backup and disaster recovery, and SLA-backed response times keep the lights on so your internal team can focus on the work that moves the business.

03

Cloud Migration

Move workloads to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with confidence. We cover assessment, architecture, execution, and post-migration optimization, choosing lift-and-shift, re-platform, or re-architect per workload rather than forcing one pattern. FinOps discipline is built in, so you cut infrastructure cost and gain scalability at the same time.

04

Digital Transformation

Reimagine how the business runs. We modernize legacy systems, automate manual processes, digitize customer experiences, and stand up data-driven decision-making — paired with the organizational change management that makes adoption stick. Technology and process move together, because one without the other doesn't last.

Cybersecurity

Defend against evolving threats with layered, tested security. We run penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and architecture reviews to find gaps, then implement zero-trust architecture, endpoint protection, SIEM, and incident-response planning to close them. We also carry you through SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI DSS compliance rather than leaving it as homework.

Data Lakehouse

Unify your data estate on a lakehouse that pairs the flexibility of a lake with the performance and governance of a warehouse. We design and build end-to-end platforms on Databricks, Snowflake, Delta Lake, and Apache Iceberg — enabling real-time analytics, machine-learning readiness, and a single source of truth across the organization.

How we work

01

Assessment & Discovery

We review your environment end to end — servers, networks, applications, data flows, security posture, and vendor contracts. The output is a clear-eyed picture of technical debt, risk, cost inefficiency, and untapped opportunity that grounds every recommendation that follows.

02

Architecture & Planning

From those findings we design a target-state architecture aligned to your goals, compliance obligations, and budget. You get detailed technical specs, migration plans, and risk-mitigation strategies — reviewed and signed off with your team before a single workload moves.

03

Implementation & Migration

Our engineers execute the approved plan with precision: provisioning infrastructure, migrating workloads, integrating systems, and configuring security controls. We follow change-management best practice and communicate progress transparently, keeping disruption to ongoing operations to a minimum.

04

Optimization & Handoff

After go-live we tune for performance and cost, document thoroughly, and train your team on the new systems. We leave you fully self-sufficient — or stay on as your managed-services partner. Your call, made with the full picture in hand.

04FAQ

Common questions

RefInquirySt.
RFI-001Which cloud providers do you work with?
Ans.
AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud — all three at production depth, plus hybrid and on-prem where regulation or latency demands it. We're deliberately provider-agnostic: the right platform is the one that fits your workloads, existing skills, and cost profile, and we'll recommend against a migration that doesn't earn its keep.
RFI-002How do you minimize downtime during a migration?
Ans.
We migrate in waves rather than flipping a switch. Workloads move in dependency-aware batches with rollback plans at each step, data is synchronized before cutover, and we rehearse the critical transitions in a staging environment first. Most cutovers land in a planned maintenance window with the business barely noticing.
RFI-003What compliance frameworks does your security practice cover?
Ans.
We design and audit against SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, and we build controls in from the architecture stage rather than retrofitting them before an audit. Beyond the frameworks, our zero-trust approach, SIEM integration, and incident-response planning give you defense that holds up in practice, not just on paper.
RFI-004Why choose a data lakehouse over a traditional warehouse?
Ans.
A warehouse governs structured data well but struggles with the volume, variety, and machine-learning demands most organizations now face. A lakehouse keeps the flexibility and cost profile of a data lake while adding warehouse-grade performance and governance on top — so BI, real-time analytics, and ML all run against one source of truth instead of three copies that disagree.
RFI-005Do you offer ongoing managed services after a project ends?
Ans.
Yes. Many clients keep us on for 24/7 managed IT once a migration or build wraps — monitoring, patching, helpdesk, and SLA-backed support. It's genuinely optional, though: every engagement includes documentation and training so your team can run the environment independently if you'd rather own it in-house.
