AI Readiness

Are you actually ready to build?

Seven questions, scored in your browser, that tell you the honest truth: where your AI readiness sits, and which phase of our Survey → Blueprint → Build → Commission methodology to start in. No email required to see your score.

01Self-assessment

Find your readiness tier.

7 questions across data, use case, evals, budget, deployment, team, and governance. Answer honestly — the value is in the gaps it surfaces, not the score.

Where does the data your AI use case needs actually live?

02What comes next

Every tier starts in a phase.

Your result points at where to begin. Each question you just answered maps to one of the four phases we run on every AI engagement — because picking a model is the last decision, not the first.

01

Survey

What data does the use case touch, where is it allowed to go, and what specific, measurable problem does it solve? The phase that maps the terrain before a prompt is written.

02

Blueprint

How do you know an output is good enough, and what cost and latency can the use case tolerate? The phase that turns 'it seems to work' into a versioned eval set and a budget.

03

Build

How does it run in production, and who owns it? The phase where working software ships in weekly increments, instrumented from the first commit.

04

Commission

Is it verified where it runs, wired to monitoring, and governed? The phase that proves the system in production and hands it over owned, not just deployed.

03The tiers

Three honest verdicts.

We would rather tell you to slow down than sell you a build you are not ready to run. Here is what each tier means before you take the assessment.

01

Exploring

Starts in Survey

You're early — and that's the right time to get the foundations right.

Survey maps your data, classifies it, draws the boundary it can't cross, and pins the use case to a metric — before a single prompt is written.

02

Building

Starts in Blueprint

You have the raw material. Now make it measurable.

Blueprint produces the two artifacts you're missing: a versioned eval set with defined scoring, and explicit cost/latency ceilings — so the model becomes the last, swappable decision.

03

Scaling

Starts in Build

You're operating, not experimenting. The work is hardening and scale.

Build and Commission are where you'll get leverage: production hardening, cost control, restore-tested reliability, and governance that scales with deployment.
